Calendar based routing allow you to specify how you want your calls to be routed based on the date using your VoIP service. They are more suitable than hunt groups for this task, because whereas hunt groups route based on time of day, calendar call rules allow you to route calls based on the specific date.

Additionally the software driving the tape does not usually encrypt data and coupled with the fact tape media should be removed offsite, this can cause a serious security breach if you tapes are misplaced.
