We provide you with a dedicated telephone number to which you can divert your office phone. We then answer your calls in your company name and forward your messages instantly by email or by text. We generally answer calls between 9am and 5pm unless you specify otherwise and we forward any voicemail messages left overnight to you first thing in the morning (you may also pick these up by dialing into our online service 24hrs a day).

Our telephone answering service can be used for many different purposes. You may want us to simply take down callers’ details and pass messages on to you, or you may wish us to make and manage appointments for you (see Diary management).

You choose whether to take advantage of this service at all times or simply divert your calls when you are busiest.

This service can also be set up so that calls only come through to us once they have gone unanswered by you.
